Source, engage, and place top clinical talent in long-term care facilities nationwide. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from passive outreach to offer negotiation — for roles including DON, MDS Coordinator, ADON, and more.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years recruiting or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Healthcare staffing experience a plus
Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Lead complex, high-priority searches for Director-level and executive clinical roles. Mentor junior recruiters, manage key client relationships, and drive placements in our most strategic accounts.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years healthcare staffing or executive search experience
- Proven track record of placements in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Account Manager
Own and grow relationships with long-term care facility clients. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts — understanding their staffing needs, presenting candidates, and ensuring every placement is a success.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in account management, sales, or client services
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or B2B services preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Recruiting Coordinator
Support our recruiting team with candidate scheduling, database management, credential verification, and onboarding coordination. A critical role that keeps our placements moving smoothly from search to start date.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in a coordinator, administrative, or operations role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with ATS or CRM systems a plus
